On May 16, 2018, the Children’s Home of Poughkeepsie will participate in the 3rd annual Hudson Valley’s Gives Day!
What is Hudson Valley Gives? Hudson Valley Gives is a day of giving fueled by passion, collaboration and the power of social media. You can think of it as a type of digital telethon that benefits hundreds of much-deserving nonprofits in our area.
At the Children’s Home, we see this as an incredible opportunity to unite our community around causes in which we truly believe and help nonprofit organizations like ours connect to the larger community.
We need your help! Please join our campaign and help us reach of our goal of $5,000 and 100 donors to support Ivy’s Fund, which funds the facility service dog program at the Children’s Home of Poughkeepsie! We need you to tell your friends and family members about the important work we do with the most vulnerable in our community and ask them to join us in helping to make a difference in the lives of children and families in the Hudson Valley.
Get ready to give! On May 16, starting at 12:00 am midnight, visit hvgives.org and make a donation to support the Children’s Home and Ivy’s Fund. You will have 24 hours to make your donation, and all giving will end at 11:59 pm on May 16.
